I know this doesn’t make sense. I am down with gastric and minor fever but here I am, in the office doing my daily tasks.  They said I should have just rest at home and get back to work only when I am ok. But look at all these papers and “to-dos” list on my desk. I can’t take another medical leave, resting my body at home while my mind kept on thinking about the work that I abandon. I’m trying my very best to ignore the pain and stay focus... Wish me luck!
